PRACTITIONER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participation Agreement
By registering for and participating in the Embodied Power Series: Summer Solstice Edition, presented by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana, all practitioners agree to uphold the professional, ethical, and energetic standards of the event and its host.
2. Payment & Transfer Policy
All practitioner payments are non-refundable.
If a practitioner is unable to attend:
- Their payment may be transferred to a future Embodied Power Series event
- Transfers are valid for up to one (1) year from the original event date
- This includes any of the next three (3) seasonal events (Fall, Winter, Spring)
Transfer requests must be made with reasonable notice prior to the event.
Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the transfer option.
3. Commitment & Reliability
Practitioners agree to:
- Arrive on time and be fully prepared
- Communicate promptly if any issues arise
- Honor their commitment to the event and the collective experience
Repeated cancellations or last-minute withdrawals may impact eligibility for future participation.
4. Professional & Ethical Standards
All practitioners must:
- Operate within their scope of practice
- Not diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical, psychological, or legal advice
- Not present services as therapy or licensed treatment unless independently certified and insured
- Maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity with clients and fellow practitioners
Spirit Essence by Tara Diana reserves the right to remove any practitioner not aligned with these standards.
5. Swag Bag Participation
Practitioners may receive a shared benefit or contribution from the event swag bag, as determined by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana.
Details may vary per event and are not guaranteed.
6. Vendor Responsibility (If Applicable)
Practitioners offering products or acting as vendors:
- Must provide their own terms, pricing, and policies
- Are fully responsible for all sales, transactions, and client interactions
Spirit Essence by Tara Diana holds no responsibility for vendor-related matters.
7. Liability Disclaimer
By participating, practitioners acknowledge that:
- Spirit Essence by Tara Diana assumes no liability for services provided by practitioners during or after the event
- All client interactions and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the practitioner
- Spirit Essence by Tara Diana is not liable for any incidents, losses, damages, or claims arising at or beyond the event
Practitioners are strongly encouraged to carry their own professional liability insurance, as they are not covered under Spirit Essence by Tara Diana.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, event structures, materials, and concepts associated with the Embodied Power Series are the intellectual property of Spirit Essence by Tara Diana.
Participation does not grant permission to replicate, reproduce, or reuse these elements in personal or professional offerings.
9. Practitioner Code of Energy
This is where we keep it real.
As a practitioner within the Embodied Power Series, you are expected to:
- Show up grounded, present, and in your integrity
- Hold space without ego, pressure, or performance
- Support empowerment, not dependency
- Speak from experience, not assumption
- Respect the energy, boundaries, and individuality of every client
- Contribute to a space that feels safe, welcoming, and aligned
This is not about being perfect.
This is about being real, responsible, and in your power.
10. Agreement
By registering and submitting payment, practitioners confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
