While each practitioner has been invited to participate within the Collective, all services, sessions, and interactions are provided independently by each practitioner.

Independent Practitioners
All practitioners within the Spirit Essence Collective operate as independent contractors. They are solely responsible for:

  • The services they provide

  • Their scheduling and punctuality

  • Their communication with clients

  • Their professional conduct and delivery

Spirit Essence by Tara Diana does not directly manage or control individual practitioner sessions.

Liability
Spirit Essence by Tara Diana is not responsible or liable for:

  • The quality, outcome, or experience of any individual session

  • Practitioner cancellations, delays, or scheduling changes

  • Any actions, advice, or services provided by practitioners

  • Any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from services received

Personal Responsibility
All services are intended for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and empowerment purposes only. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations.

Professional Boundaries
Practitioners within the Collective are expected to operate within ethical and professional boundaries. However, Spirit Essence by Tara Diana is not liable for individual practitioner behavior.

Event & Group Experiences
For group events, readings, or experiences involving multiple practitioners, Spirit Essence by Tara Diana coordinates the overall event but does not assume responsibility for individual practitioner interactions or outcomes.

Concerns or Feedback
If you have concerns regarding a practitioner, you are welcome to reach out through the Contact page. While feedback is taken seriously, Spirit Essence by Tara Diana does not guarantee resolution outcomes between clients and independent practitioners.
