On the first Thursday of each month, Tara leads two connected live sessions:
6:30-7:40 pm Pacific: Higher Self & Personal Empowerment
7:40-7:50 pm: Break
7:50-9:00 pm: Intuitive & Mediumship Deep Dive
Each month is guided by one overall theme. Members can attend one session or both, and each session is recorded separately so you can easily return to the part that supports you.

Held live on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:45-8:00 pm Pacific. This circle helps you understand your personal intuitive language, strengthen your discernment, and practise recognizing the difference between intuition, fear, personal desire, and guidance from Spirit.

Held live on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 6:45-8:00 pm Pacific. This circle supports members at different levels of mediumship development through teaching, practice, and connection with loved ones in Spirit. You will strengthen your ability to recognize evidence, trust how you receive information, and develop your mediumship without being forced into one rigid method.

Held live on the last Thursday of each month from 6:45-8:00 pm Pacific. This is your opportunity to bring questions from the month’s teachings, your spiritual practice, your intuitive or mediumship development, or everyday life.

The main teaching and general Q&A portion is recorded. The final personal or sensitive portion remains unrecorded, creating space for more private conversations. Questions may also be submitted in advance.

Each month, Tara provides a guided meditation connected to the month’s overall theme. It is available inside Kajabi to support your connection with your higher self, Spirit, and the work you are integrating throughout the month.

Released on the first of each month, this guide brings the month’s work together in one place. It includes exercises and journal prompts connected to the live sessions, space to prepare questions for the Q&A, and one additional practice to support your continued development.
The sections are clearly labelled, so you can focus on higher-self and personal-development work, intuitive development, mediumship, or whatever is most relevant to you.

While you are an active member, you receive access to an organized Kajabi library containing live-session recordings, Monthly Immersion sessions, guided meditations, Integration Guides, and additional Mentorship resources. You can return to the material when it fits your life instead of feeling pressured to keep up with everything live.

Connect with Tara and other members inside a private community created for conversation, support, practice, questions, and shared growth. Tara participates regularly, and members can use the monthly Ask Tara thread to submit questions for the Integration & Ask Tara Q&A.
This is a community space, not a promise of daily or immediate access to Tara.

Mentorship members automatically receive all Weekly Warm-Up VIP benefits, including the weekly Warm-Up, direct access to the weekly podcast and blog, and occasional VIP recognition, one-card pulls, or quick messages during Tara’s public lives when possible.

Mentorship members receive early notice and priority registration for optional retreats, workshops, and special events offered by Tara or the Spirit Essence Collective. These experiences are not automatically included in the monthly Mentorship price, and any member discount will be decided event by event.
