Spirit Essence by Tara Diana, and all Practitioners that are listed as subcontractors under the above mentioned, offer Mediumship, Psychic and or Intuitive Readings, a variety of Energy Healings using (but not limited too) Clairvoyance, Intuition and Spiritual Guidance.  The Practitioners (and ONLY the Practitioners including Special Guest Practitioners) provide services in support of a client’s spiritual and intuitive development.  Nothing stated or provided within a session should be at any time taken as a reason or excuse to avoid appropriate medical or psychological treatment.  All work done by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners should be considered as a supplement or addition to whatever treatment that you are currently receiving or may seek in the future.  The use of the word “healing” by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners is absolutely no claim that they can or will treat, cure or diagnose any past, current and future mental or physical conditions.  By accepting the above services, you agree and understand that Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners are neither licensed counselors nor licensed health practitioners/providers/physicians.  You also accept that you have not come to Spirit Essence by Tara Diana or associated Practitioners for medical advice, diagnosis and or treatment.  You agree that you have sought out a spiritual service combinds with spiritual counseling of your own free will. 

Client understands that Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners services are consultative in nature and that decisions made and actions taken, based on input or advice from Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners, are ultimately the complete personal responsibility of the Client.  Client also understands that Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners shall have no liability or responsibility for any actions of Client taken (or not taken) in connection therewith.  Practitioner makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, as to results to be achieved, or as to the consequences of any actions taken or not taken by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and associated Practitioners.

The testimonials and examples in social media and website are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchases and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.  Each individual’s success depends on his or her (they) background, dedication, desire and motivation.  There is no assurance that examples of past results can be duplicated in the future.
