You are in the in-between.
Something has shifted, maybe a relationship that ended, a role that no longer fits, a career that stopped feeling right, a loss that changed everything, a spiritual awakening that made the old life feel suddenly too small. Whatever it was, something moved. And the identity you carried into that moment no longer applies.
You are not the person you were before.
And you are not yet fully the person you are becoming.
This is one of the most disorienting places a human being can be. And it is also, though it rarely feels this way from the inside, one of the most powerful.
You are at the threshold.
The reason authenticity feels elusive right now is not because you are lacking it. It is because the version of you that knew itself clearly was built on ground that has since shifted. And the new ground the ground that will hold the next version of you, is still forming.
This is not failure. This is becoming.
But here is what tends to happen in this season:
You push. You try to force clarity before it is ready to come. You compare where you are to where you were, or where you think you should be, and you decide something must be wrong.
Nothing is wrong.
The roots always go deeper before the bloom. The uncertainty you feel is not a sign that you are lost. It is a sign that something real is being built underground, out of sight, at a pace that cannot be rushed.
Your block is transition itself. And the work is not to speed through it or force an answer. The work is to be in it, consciously, curiously, with support without abandoning yourself in the process.
What This Means For You Right Now

The Seeker's most important practice right now is staying connected to yourself while everything feels uncertain.
Not forcing a new identity before it is ready. Not clinging to the old one because it is familiar. But remaining present to what is true for you in this moment, what you feel, what you need, what is beginning to emerge even without a clear destination.
You need structure without rigidity. Community without comparison. Guidance without prescription.
You need a space where the question "who am I becoming?" is welcomed rather than rushed.
