Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation terms before booking or registering for a service, event, program, or mentorship offering with Spirit Essence Collective.

Requesting a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Your cancellation will be considered received on the date the email is received.

Appointments and Services

Cancellation requirements may vary depending on the service and will be provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Events and Programs

Event and program registrations under Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and Spirit Essence Collective are non-refundable if you are unable to attend or choose to cancel. When permitted, Spirit Essence Collective may allow you to transfer your registration to another person. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

Spirit Essence Mentorship

The Spirit Essence Mentorship may be cancelled at any time. Once a cancellation request is received, recurring payments will stop before the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the mentorship through the end of your current paid billing period. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Cancellations or Changes by Spirit Essence by Tara Diana

If Spirit Essence cancels an appointment, event, program, or other offering, participants will receive a refund, rescheduled service, account credit, or another appropriate remedy. If an offering is rescheduled, additional information and available options will be communicated directly to those affected.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Requests will be reviewed individually, and Spirit Essence by Tara Diana may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling, a registration transfer, or a credit toward a future offering. Refunds, credits, transfers, and rescheduling are not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights provided under applicable law.
