Healing is Not Just a Moment but a Journey.

I was thinking the other day about what Healing really means.  In the Spiritual Community, we are always talking about healing and how to incorporate it into our lives.  For some, it is so much easier than for others.  And there is so much that we need to take into consideration about individual healings.  What are they healing from?  Is it emotional, mental, or physical?  It is a long-term endeavour for this healing journey or is this a moment only?

Ultimately what I thought was, is it even any of our business?  No, not really.  Unless someone has asked for our specific guidance - is it really any of our business?  We can send love and light, healing, and prayers without having to get right down and dirty with the individual.  So what we should really be asking ourselves is...is it any of our business or can I simply send the beautiful white light through the process of thought and energy and leave it at that?  Is that enough?  I believe it truly is.  And I believe we can help more people that way than we realize.

How involved we get in someone else's healing process should come from one of two places.  The first being - having been asked.  Someone has reached out and asked for your help in whatever capacity they believe you can assist.  There are many healing groups that I belong to that people put requests in and the community will gather and send the healing white light or whatever they believe to the individual in question (or to whomever the individual is asking for us to help).  They may also be asking us to help them in a more human way, through touch, talk, holding space, etc.   Two: You see a need, a direct need from the individual and you approach with intent on seeing if they realize and require or will even accept your help in again, whatever capacity you wish to share.  All you can do is address them gently and kindly and offer your assistance.  If they decline of course you will respect that and send the distant healing thoughts and you will have done your part to the best of your ability.

I believe that everyone has a healing path.  It is part of our process of being as Spirit having a human experience.  That healing journey may be physical, mental, emotional or all three and will absolutely vary at different times in our lives.  Who we surround ourselves with will always feed our souls.  Your people will know when you need something and when you need to simply be left alone and they will respect that.

Some of us will go through things that will seem unimaginable to others for they have not experienced it.  Your closest friends will experience those things with you in a way that is not exactly what you are going through but enough that they will be able to hold your space with true understanding.

So look at who is around you.  Who holds your space?  Who do you hold space for?  Know that although it may be none of our business what others are going through - we can still send good thoughts, and warm vibes and set the intention that they find what they need to ease their pain, their heart, and their soul.  And that can simply be enough.  it is enough.

In Love and Light,
Tara Diana
