Behind the Scenes Real Talk: It’s Not That Complicated (But People Keep Making It That Way)

Alright… I'm gonna say it because if I hold it in I will explode!

Somewhere along the way, spiritual work got dressed up in so many layers that people forgot what it actually is. Now it’s rules, steps, levels, titles, and a whole lot of “you’re not ready yet” energy.  

And I’m over here like… for real?  This gives.......the ick lol!

Spirit is not summining you to become something mystical and untouchable. They’re not sitting there handing out gold stars for how complicated you can make a process.  I promise you this!

My Spirit Team and the higher vibrational beings that I have the pleasure of connecting with have always shown me that being a conduit for Spirit (in whatever form you may be) is about connection.  They want us to work honestly. And they want us to ACTUALLY do the work!
That’s it.

So then let's talk for a wee moment about what the work is....we are constantly being told to do the work!  Heck I'm always telling my clients and students to do the work!  But I know what the work in general terms is.  And it's slightly different for everyone.  The work looks like showing up. Listening. Trusting what you’re getting even when it feels simple. Speaking it. Sharing it. Letting it move through you instead of overthinking it to death.

You don’t need to turn yourself into some ancient soothsayer to be valid in this space. You don’t need ten extra layers of “protection rituals” just to say hello to your guides (even if you want them lol).

If you’re called to this work, it’s because you’re meant to be a conduit. A real one. A grounded one. A human one.

Simple doesn’t mean less powerful.
Simple means you’re actually connected.

So if you’ve been feeling like you’re “missing something” because it’s not complicated enough… you’re probably closer than you think.  

Spirit’s Vibe of the Month: Giving Yourself Grace is a Thing.  So do it!

June comes in with a little less force… but don’t mistake that for weak energy. There’s movement here. Things you’ve been working on, planting, pushing through… they’re starting to shift and open.

This is about giving yourself grace while things are still unfolding. It’s looking at where you’ve been hard on yourself, where you’ve held onto guilt, frustration, or “I should’ve known better”… and loosening your grip just enough to breathe again.

You’re not behind.
You’re not late.
You’re in process.

Forgiveness this month isn’t about anyone else. It’s about you softening into your own growth without tearing yourself apart while it’s happening.

Let it be easier than you think.
