Make Room for What's Meant for You

As we are heading my friends toward the energy of fall, and Spirit said there is just one simple message:

Start making room.

Nothings wrong so don't panic!  Do not completely reinvent your life.
You need to make room because every season asks something different of us.

Summer energy tends to be busy right? We say yes to more things. Spend more time with people. We fill our calendars, our weekends, and often our minds. Before we know it, we're running on autopilot and wondering why we feel tired, scattered, or disconnected from ourselves. And we blame Mercury in Retrograde (because I swear to you we are ALWAYS in Mercury Retrograde lol))

The vibe Spirit is showing me right now is one of preparation.

Think of it like getting your home ready before guests arrive. You don't wait until they're standing at the front door to start cleaning. You prepare ahead of time.

The same thing applies to your energy.

What needs tidying up?

What have you been tolerating that is quietly draining you?

What habits, commitments, worries, or even relationships are taking up more space than they deserve?

You don't need to fix everything overnight. Spirit isn't asking for a dramatic life overhaul.

Instead, start paying attention.

What energizes you and then what consistently leaves you exhausted.
Pay attention to where you're forcing things that may no longer fit.

I've learned that we often think growth comes from adding more. More learning. More doing. More healing. More striving. Blah. blah, blah.

Growth comes from subtraction.And  the most powerful thing you can do is release what no longer belongs in your life and trust that what truly matters will remain.

As we move toward fall, give yourself permission to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

Take the walk.
Sit on the deck with your coffee.
Turn off the noise for a few minutes.
Listen to your own thoughts before everybody else's opinions get involved.

You don't need to have all the answers right now.  We never do.

You simply need to start creating space for them to arrive.

That's the vibe Spirit keeps showing me.

Less forcing.
More listening.

Less clutter.
More clarity.

Less survival.
More intention.

You've come farther than you think, Boo.

Now it's time to make room for what's next.
