The Infinite Within

There’s a word that often gets tossed around in the spiritual community - infinite.
It sounds big, maybe a little abstract, but really it’s super simple.
Infinite means without limit, without end, without boundary.

And that’s exactly what we are. But it's Hella hard to imagine that!

The soul doesn’t begin with our first breath or end with our last. It’s not defined by the years we spend here or the experiences that shape us. It existed before we arrived in this lifetime, and it will continue long after we’ve left it. It carries the wisdom of who we’ve been, the lessons we’ve learned, and the love we’ve given and received along the way. That essence of us - that eternal spark - is infinite.

It’s funny how easily we forget that.  You know caught up in our humanness, lol!

We get caught up in deadlines, opinions, money, expectations, and all the noise of being human. We measure ourselves by what’s visible or achievable, when the truth is, the most powerful parts of us can’t be measured at all.

When we slow down long enough to listen beneath the surface, we start to feel it - that quiet hum of something more. It’s the knowing that we are connected to everything around us. Energy doesn’t stop; it transforms. It expands, it shifts, it adapts, and it finds new forms of expression. That’s what makes it infinite. And we, as energetic beings, are a part of that same cycle - constantly evolving, learning, and creating.

Our potential is no different.
We are built to evolve. Built to love. Built to create without limit.
Every time we step into growth, every time we choose compassion, every time we allow ourselves to heal or try again, we tap into that infinite current that runs through all things. And I freaking love this!  This reminder of what we are so capable of doing!

I like to believe our loved ones - those who have crossed over - continue that same process. Their journey doesn’t stop when their physical presence leaves us. In fact, I think they expand even more! They continue to grow, to learn, to evolve, and to understand themselves in deeper ways. I’ve always felt they watch over us in whatever capacity they see fit - sometimes as protectors, sometimes as quiet observers, sometimes just as that familiar warmth that rushes through you when you least expect it.

Their love remains infinite, too. It changes form but not connection. You can still talk to them. You can still feel them. You can still learn from them. That bond doesn’t end just because they’re no longer here in the way they once were. It stretches across time and space, reminding us that separation is only an illusion.

When we begin to live with this awareness - that both we and our loved ones are infinite - something inside of us softens. We stop seeing life as a race against the clock and start seeing it as a continuous dance of energy and evolution. We become more intentional with our choices, more compassionate toward ourselves, and more open to what the Universe is trying to show us.

Living from the infinite means understanding that your story is always unfolding. It’s knowing that every experience, every heartbreak, every moment of laughter is part of a much bigger picture. You’re not stuck; you’re expanding. You’re not broken; you’re becoming.

So as we move into November, let's all reconnect with that awareness!!

Remember that you are infinite - in heart, in soul, in purpose.

Remember that the people you love are still growing right alongside you, in their own way, from their side of the veil.

And remember that energy - your energy - is part of something vast, boundless, and beautifully interconnected.

You are a thread in an eternal tapestry, and your light, no matter how small it feels some days, is part of the infinite.

Live boldly. Love deeply.
And never forget - the story doesn’t end here. It just keeps unfolding.
