Spend meaningful time with your dog while exploring connection, intuitive guidance, energy work and a specially curated Doggy Boutique.

Soul to Soul has been designed as a timed experience so that the number of dogs onsite can be carefully managed throughout the day. When purchasing your ticket, you will choose a two-hour admission block for you and your dog.

There are two ways to attend: General Admission or the Exclusive Soul to Soul Experience.

This is an adults-only event. All guests must be 19 years of age or older.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Your General Admission ticket includes one person aged 19 or older and one dog during your selected two-hour admission block.

Your ticket includes:

  • Access to the Doggy Boutique

  • Access to onsite intuitive readings and human and animal energy work, including Reiki, for an additional fee

  • Access to the Soul to Soul photo area using your own phone

  • Access to the animal memorial and honouring area

  • Entry into the event prize draw

  • One small doggy bag when your ticket is purchased in advance

Onsite services are not included in General Admission. Appointments will be booked at the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional guests aged 19 or older must be declared during checkout and may attend for $15 plus GST per person, payable at the door by cash or Square. Additional admission does not include another dog, service or doggy bag.

Your Exclusive Soul to Soul Experience ticket includes one person aged 19 or older and one dog during your selected two-hour admission block.

Your experience includes:Β 

  • A private 15-minute animal communication session with Nancy Christine Brady

  • A private 15-minute intuitive reading

  • Simultaneous Human and Animal Reiki or energy work

  • Approximately 60 minutes moving through the private Exclusive Experience

  • Approximately 60 minutes to enjoy the Doggy Boutique and public event areas

  • Access to the Soul to Soul photo area using your own phone

  • Access to the animal memorial and honouring area

  • Entry into the event prize draw

  • One larger Exclusive Soul to Soul doggy bag

Nancy Christine Brady’s animal communication sessions are available only through the Exclusive Soul to Soul Experience.

CHOOSE YOUR ADMISSION TIME

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

⬩ Midday Admission

12:30 PM to 2:30 PM

⬩ Afternoon Admission

3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your ticket is valid only for the admission block you select. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

All guests and dogs must leave at the end of their block so the venue can be safely cleared and reset for the next group.

THE DOGGY BOUTIQUE

Browse seven carefully selected Doggy Boutique tables featuring products, treats, accessories, keepsakes and other offerings for dogs and the humans who love them.

PUBLIC READINGS AND ENERGY WORK

──────────

Four practitioners from the Spirit Essence Collective will be available for intuitive readings and human and animal energy work, including Reiki.

  • 15-minute session: $30 plus GST

  • 30-minute session: $55 plus GST

Appointments will be booked onsite on a first-come, first-served basis. Spirit Essence will collect payment by cash or Square.

Availability cannot be guaranteed, so guests who would like a session should visit the appointment desk soon after entering.

Spirit Essence Collective brings together experienced practitioners offering a variety of spiritual, intuitive, healing, and personal wellness modalities.

Come meet us, ask questions, explore something new, and discover the practitioner or experience that feels right for you.

SOUL TO SOUL PHOTO AREA

Visit our styled photo area and capture a special photograph with your dog using your own phone. A volunteer will be available to help when possible.

ANIMAL MEMORIAL AND HONOURING AREA

Guests may visit our quiet memorial area to honour an animal who has passed.

Small remembrance cards will be available for anyone who would like to add their animal’s name or a personal message.

ADDITIONAL ADULT GUESTS

Each General Admission or Exclusive ticket includes one person aged 19 or older and one dog.

Additional adult guests aged 19 or older may accompany a registered ticket holder forΒ $15 plus GST per person, payable at the door by cash or Square.

Additional guests must be declared during online checkout so we can manage the number of people onsite. Every additional guest must accept the event waiver before entering.

Additional admission does not include another dog, service or doggy bag.

IMPORTANT DOG SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

To help create a safe and manageable environment:

  • One dog is permitted per General Admission or Exclusive ticket.

  • Dogs must remain on a secure leash at all times.

  • Dogs must be safely manageable around unfamiliar people and other dogs.

  • Dogs with a history of biting, aggression or significant reactivity are not permitted.

  • Dogs must not have a contagious illness.

  • Guests must disclose relevant bite, aggression or reactivity history during registration.

  • Dogs must remain separated from Lu’ma Gardens’ resident animals.

  • Muzzles are welcome, but they are not a substitute for safe and manageable behaviour.

  • Guests must follow all directions provided by event staff and volunteers.

  • A guest may be required to leave immediately if their dog is showing significant distress or creating a safety concern.

Please consider your dog’s comfort before purchasing. This event will include unfamiliar dogs, people, movement and activity.

WAIVER AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Every person attending must be 19 years of age or older and must accept the event liability waiver, dog-safety agreement and timed-admission conditions before entering.

READ THE COMPLETE LIABILITY WAIVER

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Soul to Soul Guest and Dog Liability Waiver. You understand that you may also be required to sign the waiver upon arrival before entering the event.

TICKET CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued.

If you need to cancel, Spirit Essence must receive your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the event begins. With the required notice, the value of your ticket may be transferred to the next Soul to Soul event, subject to availability.

Cancellations received after the 72-hour deadline and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Transferred tickets:

  • May be transferred only once
  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for another service
  • Are subject to availability at the next Soul to Soul event
