Send everyone Love and Light
I want to share a discussion I had with a student of mine the other day. I truthfully try very hard to not allow political or religious conversations to be had on client time as I find it generally leads to unhealthy debate more often than not! Having said that, I did know where this particular beautiful soul stood on such subjects and I knew that we would have to agree to disagree and I most certainly don't judge her stands as I know her t be a beautiful soul but I knew better to discuss them as I am a Scorpio and we all know it would turn into my trying to convince her I was in the right etc. etc. LOL.
In the course of our conversation something did come up in terms of politics and I made a comment to which I can't recall clearly but to the effect of that I don't pay any attention to the best of my ability to political leaders, wars, conspiracy theories etc. I give it no energy because we as a species will never be satisfied. There will always be someone unhappy with someone's choices. Something along those lines. And she said, can I ask you a question - not to start an argument and not disrespectfully? I said of course.
She asked me the following: If you ignore everything, how do you expect change to happen?
I responded with this: I believe that most everyone does what they do thinking they are benefitting someone in a positive way (and that can most certainly be themselves!). That their decisions and choices are right at the moment. So I just send everyone love and light. I may not love what they've done or said, but it is easier for me to send love and light than it is for me to judge, be angry, bitter or even saddened. And I will stand in my own power and make the right choices for me which I hope in turn benefits the greater good!
Love and light is my way of saying energetically here is something to work within you to provide you with positive energy. Not to change them as a person or their thought processes but to give them a sense of positivity that may or may not shift their mindsets and provide a different path. Either way I'm sending them good and hopefully they will receive it and send it out as well in whatever capacity they deem fit.
And I thought more about it after our conversion and here are my thoughts further. They can self doubt, question etc. but still do what they perceive to be right or helpful. We cannot please everyone. Someone will always find fault with what we do. Because we have free thinking and free will. We are all unique and we all have a purpose and lessons to learn here. What someone's actions are is a lesson for themselves and others. How we perceive their actions is our lesson.
As light workers we cannot change the world alone, but together we can create as much love and light and peace and harmony and send it willingly and purposefully to those that may need a little bit of something something!
